Em poucos minutos, no in\u00edcio da tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (12), uma forte chuva alagou ruas, arrastou motocicletas e deixou a Pra\u00e7a de Eventos do Carna\u00edba debaixo d&#8217;\u00e1gua.
