Renato Busatto, 58 anos, comorbidade relatada depress\u00e3o. Iniciou sintomas no dia 15\/06\/2021, no dia 17\/06\/2021 realizou um teste r\u00e1pido ant\u00edgeno para COVID-19 em rede privada e procurou atendimento no Hospital Municipal de Chapad\u00e3o do Sul (HMCHS) no dia 18\/06\/2021, onde foi medicado e liberado para isolamento domiciliar.
