Julia Romualdo Cardoso, 81 anos de idade, comorbidades: mal de Parkinson, diabetes mellitus tipo II, cardiopatia.<\/p>\n<p>Paciente iniciou sintomas no dia 01\/08\/2021, procurou atendimento Hospitalar no dia 10\/08\/2021 apresentando tosse, dificuldade respirat\u00f3ria, falta de apetite e cansa\u00e7o, necessitando de interna\u00e7\u00e3o. Realizou um teste r\u00e1pido ant\u00edgeno e RT-PCR com resultados positivos para COVID-19.\u00a0 Evoluindo com piora cl\u00ednica, no dia 11\/08\/2021 evoluiu para intuba\u00e7\u00e3o orotraqueal.
