Para isso, o\u00a0professor\u00a0deve ser remunerado de forma adequada, receber os recursos necess\u00e1rios para realizar sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o e ter voz ativa na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para a educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Com esse objetivo, o prefeito Cleverson Alves dos Santos e seu vice, Roni Cota, em parceria com a C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, tornou esse sonho realidade em Costa Rica ao adequar o piso salarial municipal da categoria ao piso nacional, em conformidade com o disposto na Portaria n. 67, de 4 de fevereiro de 2022, do Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. A nova medida vale a partir da pr\u00f3xima ter\u00e7a-feira (1\u00ba).<\/p>\n<p>Mais uma vez, Costa Rica sai na frente ao prometer e cumprir proposta do plano de governo, sancionando a Lei Complementar n\u00b0. 106, de 21 de fevereiro de 2022, justifica o prefeito Cleverson Alves: \u201cPrestigiar a doc\u00eancia \u00e9 chave para uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade. A atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da tabela de vencimento dos profissionais do Magist\u00e9rio costarriquense com a devida adequa\u00e7\u00e3o ao Piso Nacional, d\u00e1 um passo importante nessa dire\u00e7\u00e3o. A atua\u00e7\u00e3o do docente tem impacto dentro e fora de sala de aula, seja no desempenho dos estudantes, na qualidade da escola e no progresso do Munic\u00edpio. Infelizmente, na esmagadora maioria das escolas brasileiras, os professores s\u00e3o muito mal pagos. Os sal\u00e1rios s\u00e3o muito baixos e muitos desses profissionais nem sequer conseguem progredir na carreira dentro da rede de ensino. A qualidade de ensino de um munic\u00edpio depende muito da\u00a0valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do professor e essa li\u00e7\u00e3o de casa, estamos fazendo. Costa Rica d\u00e1 um salto importante nesse sentido.
