O flagrante foi feito ap\u00f3s o pescador divulgar fotos nas redes sociais &#8220;ostentando&#8221; o exemplar.<\/p>\n<p>No v\u00eddeo divulgado nas redes sociais, o homem afirmava ter capturado o peixe de 1,43 metro de comprimento durante uma pescaria no Rio Amambai, na regi\u00e3o conhecida como Salto do Pirap\u00f3, na divisa entre os munic\u00edpios de Juti e Amambai. O peixe foi levado para um rancho na regi\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio de Amambai, onde teria sido realizado o v\u00eddeo e a medi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Com acesso ao v\u00eddeo, os militares coletaram informa\u00e7\u00f5es e conseguiu identificar o homem que residente em Navira\u00ed. Questionado o infrator disse que pescou o exemplar entre os dias 5 e 6 de mar\u00e7o, por\u00e9m afirmou desconhecer a determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal sobre tamanho m\u00ednimo de captura.<\/p>\n<p>A esp\u00e9cie capturada tem determina\u00e7\u00e3o de tamanho m\u00e1ximo de captura pelas normas de Mato Grosso do Sul, que no caso \u00e9 de 1,25 metro.
