O fato ocorreu, quando Policiais Militares Ambientais de Cassil\u00e2ndia realizavam fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o nas propriedades rurais do munic\u00edpio e autuaram o propriet\u00e1rio rural, em raz\u00e3o de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental de \u00e1reas protegidas de nascentes e matas ciliares de c\u00f3rrego, devido a processos erosivos e consequente assoreamento de um curso d\u2019\u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Na fazenda do autuado, uma \u00e1rea de 3 hectares estava tomada por processos erosivos do tipo ravinas e algumas vo\u00e7orocas t\u00e3o profundas que atingiram o len\u00e7ol fre\u00e1tico. O Infrator responder\u00e1 por crime ambiental de destruir \u00e1rea de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente. A pena \u00e9 de um a tr\u00eas anos de deten\u00e7\u00e3o.
