A Prefeitura Municipal de Cassil\u00e2ndia comprou hoje, sexta-feira, 25 de novembro, o pr\u00e9dio da antiga Via\u00e7\u00e3o S\u00e3o Luiz para sediar a Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, na Avenida Juracy Lucas, no centro de Cassil\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n

O prefeito Valdecy Costa (PSDB), acompanhado pelo Departamento Jur\u00eddico da Prefeitura Municipal, fechou a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o junto ao Banco Moneo Marcopolo, representado por Diego Zaffari Galdino, na cidade de Caxias do Sul, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul.<\/p>\n

O prefeito adquiriu o im\u00f3vel por R$ 1.341.510,00, valor bem abaixo dos R$ 2 milh\u00f5es, valor este adquirido pelo banco ga\u00facho.<\/p>\n

O pr\u00e9dio ser\u00e1 reformado para sediar a Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e haver\u00e1 a economia do aluguel de R$ 6 mil que a Prefeitura paga para abrigar a Secretaria atualmente.<\/p>\n
