{"id":44744,"date":"2017-01-27T14:17:18","date_gmt":"2017-01-27T17:17:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ocorreionews.com.br\/?p=44744"},"modified":"2017-01-27T14:17:18","modified_gmt":"2017-01-27T17:17:18","slug":"prefeitura-de-cassilandia-nao-quer-ser-responsabilizada-com-relacao-ao-corrego-cedro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ocorreionews.com.br\/acervo-correio\/?p=44744","title":{"rendered":"Prefeitura de Cassil\u00e2ndia n\u00e3o quer ser responsabilizada com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao corrego Cedro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A atual gest\u00e3o da Prefeitura Municipal pediu ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico o acompanhamento para constata\u00e7\u00e3o da atual situa\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3rrego do Cedro, devido o grande volume de chuva.<\/p>\n<p>O advogado Donizetti Ferreira Gon\u00e7alves , procurador do Munic\u00edpio, lembrou que est\u00e1 em andamento a obra de revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental do c\u00f3rrego, nos termos do TAC e PRADA apresentado ao MP.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Para garantir a n\u00e3o responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da atual gest\u00e3o do munic\u00edo de Cassil\u00e2ndia, por circunst\u00e2ncias naturais ou estruturais realizada pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o anterior, n\u00e3o nos resta alternativa de ser realizada uma constata\u00e7\u00e3o, para an\u00e1lise de como foram realizadas as obras nas margens do C\u00f3rrego do Cedro, bem como a situa\u00e7\u00e3o delas.&#8221;, escreveu o advogado.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 foi feita a consta\u00e7\u00e3o com as presen\u00e7as do secret\u00e1rio de Obras, da Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental e do MP.<\/p>\n<p>O prefeito Jair Boni disse ao Cassil\u00e2ndia Not\u00edcias que est\u00e1 solicitando estudo sobre as margens do Cedro. Acredita que n\u00e3o vai colocar cimento, mas gramar.
