Para o TJMS (Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Mato Grosso do Sul) a a\u00e7\u00e3o entrou para a hist\u00f3ria do munic\u00edpio, que tem apenas 14 anos de emancipa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtico-administrativa.<\/p>\n<p>O j\u00fari, presidido pelo juiz da Carreta da Justi\u00e7a, Luiz Felipe Medeiros Vieira, foi \u00a0realizado no plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Figueir\u00e3o. O Conselho de Senten\u00e7a foi formado por seis mulheres e um homem, todos habitantes do Munic\u00edpio. O r\u00e9u, Odair de Paula, de 37 anos, foi julgado por homic\u00eddio qualificado por motivo f\u00fatil e les\u00e3o corporal grave.<\/p>\n<p>Crime\u00a0\u2013 O crime julgado aconteceu por volta das 23h45 do dia 24 de janeiro de 2016, na fazenda \u201cBarra Moval\u201d, localizada em Figueir\u00e3o. O r\u00e9u \u00e9 acusado de ter assassinado com golpes de faca o colega de servi\u00e7o Marcelo Carvalho da Silva, 20 anos, e ainda ter ferido a mulher da v\u00edtima, que tentou impedir a a\u00e7\u00e3o e acabou atingida em uma das m\u00e3os.<\/p>\n<p>A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para o crime foi o excesso de bebida alco\u00f3lica.
