{"id":77886,"date":"2018-03-16T11:09:26","date_gmt":"2018-03-16T15:09:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ocorreionews.com.br\/?p=77886"},"modified":"2018-03-16T11:09:26","modified_gmt":"2018-03-16T15:09:26","slug":"pecuarista-edy-elaine-fala-da-capacidade-administrativa-da-mulher-na-tecnoagro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ocorreionews.com.br\/acervo-correio\/?p=77886","title":{"rendered":"Pecuarista Edy Elaine fala da capacidade administrativa da mulher na TecnoAgro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Edy Elaine Biondo Tarrafel \u00e9 pecuarista de capacidade reconhecida no Brasil, foi a respons\u00e1vel para ministrar a palestra de abertura do segundo dia da TecnoAgro, fazendo um breve relato de sua vida no setor da agropecu\u00e1ria e como se tornou a primeira mulher a administrar uma propriedade rural no Conesul do estado e ser eleita tamb\u00e9m a primeira mulher a comandar um Sindicato Rural no estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Edy Elaine, sintetizou a capacidade administrava da mulher no agroneg\u00f3cio, onde enumerou a compet\u00eancia j\u00e1 comprovada em diversos setores, bem como na sucess\u00e3o familiar, onde salientou que a mulher \u00e9 mais bem organizada e est\u00e1 sempre aberta para capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, o que lhes garante sucesso no setor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dezenas de mulheres participaram da palestra e atentamente ouviu o relato de vida da pecuarista, que teve que assumir o comando da propriedade rural da fam\u00edlia aos 20 anos, afirmando que ela foi pega de surpresa, sem o devido preparo, mas conseguiu superar todas as adversidades num per\u00edodo onde a quest\u00e3o de g\u00eanero era ainda mais acentuada neste setor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quando assumi os neg\u00f3cios foram v\u00e1rios os coment\u00e1rios: \u201cVamos ver quanto tempo ela venda a fazenda\u201d foram quest\u00f5es que Edy Elaine Biondo Tarrafel ouviu muito antes de ser uma mulher de capacidade reconhecida no tradicional mundo do agroneg\u00f3cio no\u00a0Brasil. J\u00e1 est\u00e1 h\u00e1 20 no neg\u00f3cio e produzindo cada vez mais e n\u00e3o foi preciso vender nem um m\u00b2 de terra. \u201cA quest\u00e3o de g\u00eanero j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o
